CLASS SCHEDULE

We are currently open and operating under these COVID-19 guidelines:
-Enter through the front entrance and exit through the bay doors.
-Members and guests are required to wash their hands in the bathrooms upon entering, and in the trough outside the bay doors after class.
-We have provided sanitizer spray bottles and cloths around the gym to wipe down your equipment, rig space, and anything else you may have touched. Please wipe down equipment immediately after use.
-NO gym bags allowed
-Members MUST RSVP for class. Classes are limited to 15 people
-If you do not feel well, please stay home.
